[Clipart] 0.19 Release

Hey Ryan,

I spent some time in the clean ups and did 25 of them tonight. I plan to
do more but I need some sleep tonight. I'm not sure how many librarians
there are in total, but I bet if each of us took a chunk out of the
clean ups they would be done in no time.

Not to complain, but several of the clean up files were in need of just
a few seconds of work. Rather than writing a review to say "Needs
keywords and description" why not simply do those two things? 

There is a submission in clean up that is a mini-keyboard. NONE of the
text has been converted to path, this will be a fun one to work on.. =)
