[Clipart] new server upgrades complete!

Hi all, OSUOSL moved our sites to its own nice new hardware now, so you
should all see massive speedups across the board! I'm super impressed
with our hosting!

So, to anyone who logs into our server, hawthorn, you will get a new ssh
key alert from ssh...

On the CREATE front, everything is ready to completely move to osuosl,
but the mysqldump for our database is giving some funky character
encodings, so having OSUOSL take a look at that first before flipping
the switch...
