You might search the mailing list archives as well and the other clipart
pieces with grep...you might get lucky...

Yes, we are now attempting to do a better job of reviewing submissions.
In the past we did not have an effective system for reviewing clip art.

However, since people are supposed to select Public Domain, it was a
problem with our submission system that didn't change the license to
public domain even though people had to click box saying their
contribution was dedicated to the public domain.

Thus, I think, since this is the case, we can change the license of
these images to public domain and the liability lies with the author.

However, the images should be reviewed. If they include trademarks, then
they are problematic, since we can put a trademark or copyrighted image
into the PD.
