A simple RSS feed only has text. RSS feeds can also include other
types of files though by referencing them in a certain way. For
example podcasts in iTunes are just RSS feeds which reference mp3s.
Those mp3s get downloaded automatically when the feed is updated.
(Example podcast feed: http://www.coverville.com/index.xml)

If the OCAL RSS feed includes pictures in it, they are considered enclosures.
