i think keep everything PD, IMO, 95% of images that people will use as
a base for a clipart, will have been found somewhere on the internet,
and in that case, a link would be suitable... that way we dont need to
worry about anything other than PD. part of the appeal of OCAL is the
fact that you dont have to dig for usage guidelines etc... just find
something and use it...
