My opinion:  The clipart is all public domain and anyone may reuse. When I 
first used the clker.com website, I was really pleased as it matched many 
of my needs. In fact, I was going to make my own simple webpage to make it 
easy to browse and find clipart (because the official website is not 
friendly to me) when I learned of the simple and useful clker.com. I used 
it to quickly find artwork that I used for some projects. Using the 
official website could not be used because I didn't have time to slowly 
look at one image at a time.

Sorry I don't have time myself to assist with the official website within 
the confines of its current structure. A website that is able to browse 
images and search by keywords (like www.clker.com) can easily be written 
in one day. The ranking of images is a nice bonus.
