[Clipart] Question about style guidelines

I've submitted pieces sourced from coloring books.  Coloring books 
produced by government agencies are a rich source of PD clip art.  I 
wasn't even aware that there was a "coloring book" tag.  I used line_art.

Some pieces had "coloring book" in the title itself...
