open directories please!

jon,

please could you arrange for access to the SVG directory contents not  
to be 'forbidden'?

eg:

http://openclipart.org/clipart/signs_and_symbols/flags/europe/
it would be particularly helpful if there were tars of content...

this is a useful way to navigate and learn what is available, with  
file sizes etc...

as you will know there are regular requests for easier and improved  
access to files.
