If you access the OCAL homepage you can, of course, see the front page of OCAL.
But I think that the Home tab in the navigation should be activated by default
and not just if you click on the tab itself. If you click on the home tab
again, the same page loads but the home tab is activated.

Resolution:
Change 'Home' tab bitmap to activated.
