[Clipart] [Open Clip Art Library] Uploading problem

I just can't upload a .zip file of 1,1 M which contained the original.svg files. Te same message showed each time while uploading: "There was error in the file format; Unknown format;That file format is not allowed."I had double-checked to be sure there's no other format file included.  
Can someone help?
