The old files have been cleaned up and separated into folders by user  
already - they could be uploaded one by one now, but not under the  
names of the original submitters as we don't have access to their  
accounts or they don't have accounts ( we discussed and didn't think  
it right to make accounts for people who haven't).  This is the  
current issue.
