[Clipart] 0.20 packages

Hi all, Jochen sent me the 0.20 clipart packages. I put them on the
server, but I wonder if better to wait until the new site is live to
launch these. Michi and friends, what do you think? If we can target ~
june 1 for the new site, then I think we should wait and make the new
site and the 0.20 clipart packages to launch on that date.

What do you all think?
