I will not delete them at the moment, but I will ask the uploader to satisfy
these questions. Here is a proof email I will be sending him. Please change
or correct until you are happy with it.

"Dear Sir,

A number of the uploads you have submitted to the Open Clipart Library
(OCAL) are being investigated as to the suitability of uploading to the OCAL
site. Please answer these questions to the satisfaction of the Admins of
OCAL.

*How are the uploaded CD/DVD covers determined to be clipart?* Clipart is a
specific genre of art and design, and currently we feel CD/DVD covers do not
fall under a clipart category. They may be used as examples of where clipart
is used, however currently, CD/DVD covers are not clipart. Please satisfy
the Admins as to why these covers should be included in the Open Clipart
Library.

*Why are these images not uploaded to the Susan-Boyle.com fansite, instead
of an external website* - (OCAL is primarly used for promoting Inkscape,
Svg's and clipart, rather than other forms of artwork)? From the uploads it
looks as if they are intended to be for Susan Doyle. Please use
Susan-Doyle.com to host them for where they are intended.
*
Are you using these uploads for hosting purposes* (i.e. using OCAL's
bandwidth to host images?) If this is the case we suggest using one of the
free image hosting websites, such as photobucket, or imageshack.

*If we find these do fall under a clipart category, do you have svg's *to
upload instead of the jpgs? If, after discussion, we find that these upload
are acceptable, then we request that you read the
Guidelines<http://openclipart.org/wiki/Guidelines>first of all,
afterwards we can help guide you to uploading suitable
formats.

We will give you one week to respond initially, to open dialogue with us.
After one week if you have not responded we will remove these cliparts from
the Library. Thank you for reading this, we hope to talk to you soon.
