[Clipart] Relevancy Ranking

Do we need search filters or toggles?
username = Harold Booker?
clipart tags = book
clipart title = Red Book
clipart description = policeman booking a conman

I agree that the search results seem weird sometimes, however, im not
sure relevancy rating is required (unless you are talking about
something like search filters or toggles) . Probably more a simple
"Search only in tags", or "search only in username", or even "tick these
checkboxes to search their fields" is required. The only thing worse
that having too much info is too little and a useless search.

I need to think some more on what's needed. Anyone got a concept mockup?
