[Clipart] Copyrighted material

Sigh.

The tag pd_issue shows up a whole bunch of clipart that is now published on
OCAL.
I'm going through them and hiding them, but this would be good to sort out
please.
I'm also adding the tag "copyright violation" to appropriate cliparts.
