[Clipart] Potential Copyright Violation Detection function

Hi

  I wrote the original Javacript that drives this, but Chovynz did all 
the hard work inserting it into the pages, getting it looking good, DIV 
placement etc.  Think it was done a year or more ago.  It is driven 
purely by searching the HTML for "pd_issue" or "potential copyright 
violation" which are/were the tags involved.  It might have false 
positives and negatives and on some browsers (eg older mobiles) it might 
not work at all - but better than nothing.   Is there a problem with it?
