Warren, long time no see!
UIM is a new input method manager for multilingual.
It can manage Anthy.
(Anthy is a cool kana-kanji conversion engine.) 
I packed uim and the related files for Rawhide.

And... do you know SCIM?
SCIM is another good input method manager for multilingual.
I also uploaded SCIM packages for Rawhide.
