[Uim] What should be included in uim 0.4.8

Sorry, I couldn't released 0.4.8 alpha1 on Jun 16. Now I don't have
enough time to implement and test surrounding text support. I want to
change release schedule as follows:


Jun 20: alpha1
Jun 24: beta1
Jun 27: final
