[Uim] superflous numbers in uim-py, uim-pinyin-big5

When I try to use this input system (UIM-pinyin-big5) in Evolution, it
immediately crashes.  No problem with Smart Pinyin, but I prefer to use
traditional characters with pinyin.  Any idea what the problem might be?
