Ati Radeon Mobility 9000 2 port from Colorgraphics question

I was testing a Colorgraphics two port card based upon ATI Radeon
Mobility 9000 M9. Its Bus id's show up as 

(2:2:0) unknown card (0x130b/0x2512) using a ATI Technologies Inc Radeon
R250 Lf [Radeon Mobility 9000 M9]
(2:2:1) unknown card (0x130b/0x2513) using a ATI Technologies Inc Radeon
R250 Ln [Radeon Mobility 9000 M9] [Secondary]

I am unable to get two display working on this card, both video outputs
do work but the displays are duplicates of other.

Is their any way to get two individual outputs on this card?

Other Colorgraphics based on cirrus I was able to get to work fine. 
The big difference appears to be they differentiate on 
the Device id where as these cards differentiate on the Fuction id.

Is this a bug ,an rfe type request, or a pilot error.

Testing on Intel D845 with Fedora Core 2.
