Keyboard doesn't work if X was started as user

	The only "workaround" I found is the following (I use KDE):

1) I start X

2) I can't use shift

3) I go to KDE and enable (or disable) the keyboard layout

4) I quit X

5) I start X again

6) then it works...

	A interesting thing is that when I press Caps Lock the keyboard
led won't light. But I know the "CAPS LOCK" function is activated...

	I think the keyboard driver maintainers should revise this code.
It's surely buggy.
