while compiling: warning: underquoted definition of <file>

This is not a big deal. This just means that latest version of automake
has gotten more and more pedantic over time, and some libraries that you
already have installed don't meet the new standards quite yet. These
messages are intended to annoy people enough that so they get fixed by the
time the warnings actually become errors.

Eventually, your other packages will get updated to the new standard, but
for now, as long as these are warnings, there is no problem compiling.
