help on cross-compiling xserver

I had ATI Rage XL(PCI) integrated on board, I hope it
is supported by xserver ati driver.

The main problem is cross-compiling for static xserver
with a start address of 0x80001000. I hope I will get
some pointers regarding this.

kernel don't support dynamic loading.
