Direct rendered xlib

I've thought about this and some of the recent additions to glitz's TODO
file have been added for this purpose. I guess that a few more glitz
features will also be needed. We can always mix ordinary OpenGL calls
with glitz operations if needed.

Cairo and the xserver using the same library for rendering seems like a
good idea to me.
