Afaik CoLinux currently uses Cygwin/X as output display. The linux can be
seen as headless computer which displays on a remote X11 server.

If you want to access the OpenGL layer from windows directly from linux you'd
have to build a bridge into the CoLinux kernel.

On the other hand the OpenGL support of many video cards is only poor. Some
even have none and a Mesa OpenGL driver must be used which maps the OpenGL
calls to apropriate Direct3D calls.
