for the #cygwinx channel I'm using a logger from http://koala.ilog.fr/irclogger/
just send /msg [LOGGER] log #freedesktop to start logging if you think something
important is discussed and [LOGGER]: off to stop logging again. The logs will
be available on http://koala.ilog.fr/twikiirc/bin/irclogger_logs.
