[[EmilyD]] Currently, only support enable or disable virtual display for all outputs. I think maybe could first check in the currently code. If we'd like to support to enable virtual display output for some, future we may define a string variable which
includes the busID of outputs which want to enable virtual display, then parse the string in driver to define what outputs need to enable virtual display.
