Yeah, CPC cannot use constant engine.

From the CP program spec, CE can only be used with DE and DE = CP.ME.
Also, CE is described in the Kernel Graphics Queue section. There is no mention of CE in the compute sections.

Thus, compute IBs can't be paired with CE IBs.
