AMDGPU crash with KDE/Plasma

Hello

I have an issue with the AMDGPU driver. I am not a developer and I'm not familiar with the Linux Kernel development. I thought that I'd be best if I'd write here because I think it's an issue with the Kernel. My main problem is, that I cannot set my display layout within KDE/Plasma (other DE's are working) nor can I set my screen's refresh rate (in any DE, for ex. with xrandr). I tried many distro's and Kernel versions and all had the same behavior. The screen goes black and the system freezes completely. I managed to capture the kmsg with netconsole:
