[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: Move VBIOS version to sysfs

Would it be possible to get a Reviewed-By since we'll leave the VBIOS in debugfs for now? Thanks!

Well, you can read pci roms out of sysfs, so there is precedent. For our purposes, debugfs is fine.
