[PATCH v3] libdrm changes for high priority contexts

Hey Emil,

Wanted to check if this is more or less what you were thinking in terms
of updating amdgpu_drm.h.

Patch 2 sent as a reference, and waiting for the kernel change to get
merged before sending out the final version.
