Tonga Kernel Modesetting Issue

Thanks Alex - I’ll try the latest kernels first and see where that gets me.
I’ll move on to trying to track down a commit if that fails...

It’s a dell 27” monitor connected via DVI dual - nothing else along the
path so a fairly straightforward setup.
