We should probably rather handle zero size in amdgpu_bo_create_kernel() 
as just setting the pointer to NULL instead of trying to allocate a zero 
sized BO.

The if can be skipped here, freeing a NULL pointer is harmless.

Mhm, hub defines in the middle of gmc_v9_0.c? At least put them at the 
start of the file.

But I would rather see that delegated to DAL or something like this, 
cause that doesn't really looks GMC related.
