Freezes back with Raven Ridge 2500u and 4.19

Crashes seems related to newer Mesa, as disabling 3d effects on Kwin fixed
them all.

Reproduced problems with old and new firmware, latest 4.17, 4.18 and 4.19
kernels

Now having another issue with new B19 update from HP
