Please add test cases to run dec/enc/mjpec dec together.

Play dec(using DPG mode) clip continuously ASAP. run enc/mjpec dec 
(using DPG pause mode)
with random gap.  It try to make vcn switch between DPG mode and DPG 
pause mode.

if you will boot with drm.debug=1, You will see DPG mode switching 
messages in syslog.
