[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I've been trying to get my navi10 (AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th
Anniversary Edition) working inside my eGPU Thunderbolt 3 enclosure on
my 2018 Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th Generation.  I compiled 5.3.0-rc3 today
and the kernel finally reconized the card and tried to load the driver
but I'm getting an error.  See the stack trace below.  Note this setup
is working under Windows 10.
