Temporarily dropping the DQM lock is probably not a good idea. You may
also need to fix create_sdma_queue_nocpsch.
Compare with create_queue_cpsch, which takes the DQM lock after
initializing the MQD. I'd recommend refactoring create_queue_nocpsch so
that you don't need the two sub-functions any more and can safely take
the DQM lock after init_mqd.
