I would prefer to call this amdgpu_gmc_tmz_set() to keep the naming in
this file consistent.  That way it's easy to see figure out where this
function is defined.

Also any reason to not put this in struct amdgpu_gmc?  Then we can
just expose it as adev->gmc.tmz_enabled.
