For amdgpu_vm_fault_stop equals to AMDGPU_VM_FAULT_STOP_FIRST/ALWAYS 
case, value is 0, this will redirect to system memory 0. Maybe redirect 
is only needed for AMDGPU_VM_FAULT_STOP_NEVER?
