[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: page retire over sysfs mechanism

It's ras debugfs change, so please fix all "sysfs" statement in commit message. In addition, please also print out message to inform user the retire_page is only for test/debugging purpose and is in risk to corrupt eeprom data.
