Looks like a GPU hang.  What application and GPU is this?  Best to
file a bug (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues) and
attach your dmesg output, xorg log (if using X) and any relevant
information about it.  You might also try upgrading or downgrading
mesa.
