That handling won't work. It's possible that you need contiguous memory 
in a specific range.

That approach won't work either. For contiguous allocation you need to 
allocate one big chunk and then free up what you don't need at the end.

That doesn't seem to make much sense either. The backend allocator 
should not care about the BAR size nor the visible_pfn.
