The struct kgd_mem is allocted by "*mem = kzalloc(sizeof(struct kgd_mem), GFP_KERNEL);",
but it is not assigned to bo->kfd_bo like this "bo->kfd_bo = *mem;". Then *mem will 
never be freed.
