[PATCH] drm/amd/pm: Clean up errors in smu73_discrete.h

Fix the following errors reported by checkpatch:

ERROR: open brace '{' following struct go on the same line
ERROR: trailing whitespace
ERROR: space prohibited before open square bracket '['
