[PATCH] drm/amdkfd: use mask to get v9 interrupt sq data bits correctly

Interrupt sq data bits were not taken properly from contextid0 and contextid1.
Use macro KFD_CONTEXT_ID_GET_SQ_INT_DATA instead.
