[PATCH 4/6] drm/ttm: Change the parameters of ttm_range_man_init() from pages to bytes

Change the parameters of ttm_range_man_init_nocheck()
size from page size to byte size.
Cleanup the PAGE_SHIFT operation on the depended caller functions.
