[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: add a flag to indicate if a VM is attached to fpriv

The VM code shouldn't touch the fpriv in any way possible in the first 
place.

Instead we should provide the xcp_id during amdgpu_vm_init() and use it 
to allocate the root PD. All other PDs/PTs should then just use the 
xcp_id from the root PD.
