That is really close, but one thing is now not handled any more :)
DMA-buf doesn't create additional GEM handles for a BO when they are
imported into V4L for example.
I think just calling amdgpu_vm_bo_update_shared() in
amdgpu_dma_buf_attach() should be enough to handle that case.
