Accessing pdd here is a layering violation. This should be set in the 
caller in KFD. There is no need to let this function have a side effect

This function is not safe to call here (see my comments in 
kfd_process.[ch]). You should use kfd_lookup_process_by_pasid to do the 
right SRCU locking and process reference counting.

You also need a NULL check here. kfd_evict_process_device has a check 
(but maybe doesn't need it), but kfd_signal_vm_fault_event does not. If 
you do process reference counting correctly, you also need to decrement 
the process ref count in the end, but only if the process is not NULL.
