[PATCH 00/16] DC Patches Oct 28 2024

[Tom Chung]

This DC patchset brings improvements in multiple areas. In summary, we highlight:

- Fix polling DSC registers during S0i3
- Fix idle optimizations entry log
- Change MPC Tree visual confirm colours
- Fix underflow when playing 8K video in full screen mode
- Optimize power up sequence for specific OLED
